Kevin and the crew were outstanding. From giving me an estimate to installation completion, the service was top quality. Made current system more efficient and rearranged/added to current sprinkler system to accommodate new planter beds. The entire crew were friendly and hardworking. Jacob and Cory of Heartland Sprinklers did an excellent job of adding a new zone to my sprinkler system, reducing the load on another zone that was inadequately watering due to too many sprinkler heads in it. Heartland Sprinklers estimate was fair and the new zone was up and running in about 4 1/2 hours. I have to say that I used Heartland Sprinklers not because they were the least expensive but because of their knowledge and ability to solve the issue. It was all about Jacob’s confidence that this was actually a solid idea that would work to correct the issue, that sold me on Heartland Sprinklers. Also, in reading other reviews I noticed some of their employees had been with them for quite a while (i.e retaining more experienced irrigators), which to me is indicative of a company that is also taking care of their employees. I highly recommend Heartland Sprinklers and will be using them from now on.
